This Privacy Policy explains how ArtX ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit artx.agency or contact us. We are based in Brussels, Belgium, and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We design and operate our enquiry process with privacy and GDPR considerations in mind; this statement does not constitute a formal GDPR certification.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in running the business.
The workflow-audit form on our logistics automation pages (/logistics-automation and /automatisation-logistique) collects the following information so we can review your request and respond to you.
Required fields: first name, work email, company name, a short description of the workflow you would like to improve, and your preferred contact method. You must also tick a consent checkbox, linked to this Privacy Policy, before you can submit the form.
Optional fields (shown only if you choose to expand "+ Add more detail", never required): last name, job title, company website, country, company size, logistics business type, the tools involved in your workflow, task frequency, phone number, preferred meeting language, and any additional information you want to add.
Purpose: we use this information only to review and respond to your workflow-audit request. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Retention: we keep this information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterward in case you follow up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
How submissions are processed: the form is submitted to a Vercel serverless function, which delivers the submission to our inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the submission is retained in our secure server logs so that it is never lost.
Booking a call: if you choose to book a call through the link provided after submitting the form, you leave our site and go to Calendly, a separate booking service. That step, and any information you give Calendly, is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not by ArtX.
Analytics: these pages do not currently use any third-party analytics platform (for example Google Analytics). We do not track you across other websites from this form or these pages.
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the site and our work (for example hosting and email delivery), under appropriate agreements.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@artx.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. See "Logistics workflow-audit form" above for the specific retention period that applies to workflow-audit requests.
